  8. I just got a Vitamix for birthday and love green smoothies! I'm 11 weeks pregnant and have a 17 month old who also loves green smoothies :-). She and my husband both have multiple food allergies including wheat, soy, dairy and nuts, so we try hard to make sure we all get proper nutrition while avoiding allergens.

  12. Thank you for hosting this give-away! I could really use the knowledge and the recipes she offers in this ebook to help me on a long road I've been traveling for some time now. I'm gluten free due to Celiac Disease but still not healthy. I have gastric paralysis due to nerve damage in my stomach and I've often toyed with the idea of drinking more of my nutrients then eating them. I think this may be the final answer to good health for me. This would be a GREAT resource for me as I continue to try and find my way. Thanks again! And congrats to the winners if I'm not selected. :-)

  14. My naturopath recommended I get into smoothies to help with general health and especially energy - of which I have very little due to rheumatoid arthritis. Winning this book would be a great introduction!

  18. So happy you are doing this...would love to feel better. I've been doing the nystatin, no sugar, dairy, no breads. But I do have slip ups. I've been doing it since Aug. but still need more help. I need more energy and help with food sensitivities. I'm told I have leaky gut and candida causing food allergies and swollen tongue when I eat pretty much anything. I'm tired and need more suggestions. My daughter struggles with her hashimotis so would like to help her too.
